Went to arnison store and not getting any help what soo ever, the man & lady didn’t want to acknowledge we where there. We tried to be friendly but No, no chance. So we went to Bishop store complete opposite the lady was asking straight away can I help you, she helped us from going in to coming out. Came out with 3 piece suit shirt and tie. If you want good customer service then bishop is your store. Thankyou to the 2 ladies

Went in to Bishop Auckland store lady who greeted us was absolutely fantastic nothing was a bother she deserves recognition and is a credit to your workforce her name was Sharon customer service spot on a really lovely Lady thank you so much

Fantastic staff, they go the extra mile to help and are really friendly. The store is great nice and bright and clean. Parking is super easy.
