Always the most friendliest and helpful service, is always a pleasure coming here. We tried the synthetics range and asked to try banana flavour, but have to be honest I am not swayed on it. Have yet to find a brand that tastes good with banana 😒 not too keen on the brand either, bit harsh. But will not stop us using this shop, such a nice guy 😊

My favourite shop ever. Have been visiting since it opened. At first I was a bit nervous about the whole idea. However I have stopped smoking due to these guys. Great products and fabulous customer service. Treated as a valued customer always asks how you are and takes a real interest in the your answer. Great advice given takes time to explain things. The regular guy who works in there deserves a medal for. The way he has elevated this shop into the great customer experience you receive. Would not go anywhere else.

I went to Totally Wicked in New Romney having no idea what I needed but unhappy with the Vape kits I had bought in the past. Dave was very knowledgeable and full of very useful tips and information. All staff in this shop are very helpful, Dave in particular. He even served me a few minutes after closing time when I was desperate for liquid over the weekend! Great service and great advice. Really recommend if you want to stop smoking

Lovely staff members, lovely chilled atmospher. There is always someone to help you and doesn't try to make you spend more than you need to. Great range on display and they say you can always order in what you need. 5 star for sure.

I popped into the New Romney Totally Wicked last weekend and was really pleased I did. I usually order online but was passing on the way back from the beach and needed to restock my liquids so I thought I would try this store. Dave was really helpful and helped me choose some new flavours based on my flavour preferences Very friendly and helpful store and I will be shopping here regularly from now on 😀

Great service and friendly staff. So handy having a top notch vape shop on the high street 😊 The shop has been open quite awhile now and whenever I pop in you always get a friendly welcome. It is well stocked and I cant recommend it enough if you need supplies or just some good advice. It really is an asset to have a one stop vape shop on the marsh.

So friendly and helpful. I will keep going to this one as I had a problem well a few and he helped me out with out a problem. I have told people about Total wicked . Don't be nervous as he will put you at ease right away he as a good sense of humour.
