O2 Shop Huntingdon

I’ve been going to these guys for over 10 years! What’s really special is they’ve managed to more or less keep the same team throughout which is really rare. That’s what makes them so brilliant at their jobs! James, the store manager, is a joy to deal with and so is the whole team. They are the highlight of the high street and set a high standard for customer services!

They are very friendly and knowledgeable staff who always seem to have an answer for you

Wonderful service from Chris today - I ordered a phone via click + collect which sadly didn't go through correctly. Chris spent ~45 minutes walking me through repurchasing the handset and airtime I was after, advising me on the best tariff for travel abroad, and arranging for trade in of my old handset. He took the time to help me with the data transfer from my old phone to new phone, too, and has organised for the original contract and handset that I bought online to be returned and refunded when they arrive into store, Thanks Chris!

Really need some help porting from EE, Abi was Absolutely Amazing so helpful chatty and friendly and ultimately got things sorted out for me. Fantastic service

Very good customer service

Extremely helpful staff. Went in to upgrade I-phone. The only hitch was I now have to go to Bedford to see a guru to transfer over all my data etc as original phone quite old. Staff did their utmost to get me an appointment so can't fault them. This store needs it's own guru quickly (it will be a week before I get to actually use my new phone)

Needed advice on transferring sim card to new phone. Very helpful and informative advice, with offer to help out further if I encounter problems.

Had an issue regarding tariff allowances after purchasing, returned to the shop after trying 02 customer service and James , Abbey , Chris sorted this out! Great result highly recommended the store over online and very helpful team.

Went in with a phone problem and it was resolved in about 10 minutes by the very knowledgeable and helpful assistant. I was bemused by the speed he moved about the screens sorting it out.

Sorted my new phone out for me & transferred all I needed from my old phone. No way I could have done it? Got Samsung J4+ & really happy with it.

It's the same as looking online, it can be quicker if they have the phone you want in stock, but, you can beat the O2 deals by looking for better O2 deals from other online companies and visiting the shop won't change the deals available.

Love the staff in this shop, very helpful and a husband happy with his new phone.
