Went to buy my grandaughter some bobby brown mascara for Christmas ,usually her mum sorted all that but sadly she's passed so I was so stuck until a young lady called Mia came to help me ,she was so kind and careing and pointed me to all I needed , she is a credit to herself and boots ,thank you Mia

Store big and spacious. Staff helpful bought some clinique and the assistant was very helpful she helped me with what creams I needed and how to apply them. She looked up my information that was logged into the clinique web site. Can't falter the store or the staff

Genuinely felt like they couldn't do enough to help. We had only popped in to get some essentials for our new born baby. The staff where so helpful even when having their own technical issue.

But everything was sorted quickly and we were able to be on our way with everything we needed in no time at all.

Had a fantastic experience in Aintree boots last week, due to a member of staff called 'Colette' She could not do enough for me. Helped me pick a brilliant present for my Mother.

Needed help with a product and the staff went out of their way to help.
Store layout is great, you can find what you need straight away.
I always use this branch, even though there is another closer to where I live.

Was served today 20/2/23, by a lovely girl called kerry she was really helpful and polite helped me choose the correct makeup on the no7 counter

Bought the most amazing Kat Von D mascara from the aintree store.

The lady on the Clinque counter was extremely helpful and was not pushy at all. She took her time to help me. I went away feeling really happy

Frendly staff well stocked with medication also sell baby nappies and creams dummies and wipes. You can pick up shampoo and conditioner also hair colour permanently changing your color. Staff can help with medical treatments and problems give it a visit.

I visited the store on Aintree retail park on the 09th of Dec and was greeted by a lady in the fragranced department who helped me pick out a few gifts for my 8 yr old daughter . The lady clearly could see I was out of my depth when it came to choosing suitable makeup for my daughter but not only did she help she also went well out of her way to help me in which I am extremely grateful for . The customer service I received was simply fantastic and in particular this lady who I believe had a 5 yr old daughter herself was amazing and more so because it was around 7pm in which am sure had been a long day for her but she still had a smile and she helped me pick out exactly what I was hoping to achieve

I went to the Aintree store tonight to return a couple of unwanted gifts. I was served by Gina on the main tills, who was friendly, helpful and made the tranaction really simple for me. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the store. Will definitely return to shop here again.
