How amazing staff are here!
Emma and a male colleague ( I'm sure Emma knows his name - sorry I don't recall!) went out of their way to get a large amount of kitchen roll that I wanted. Emma went as far as offering to drop it all to my front door on her way home should she find it in amongst the delivery that day. Though it wasn't there that day, by 10am the next morning I received a courtesy call from Emma to say it had come in and was kept for me.
You just don't get that service anywhere nowadays!
Both Emma and the male member of staff should be commended for going above and beyond.

I know there all the same company, but different staff can make a difference to your preferred store, gotta say, home bargains must have good customer service training

Home bargains always has a selection of household, cleaning beauty, gardening, health, food, clothing, and toys. It also has lots of impulse buys to tempt you. The shop is not as affordable as it was but prices are rising everywhere. Always a good place to go for a few items, but be careful, you will end up filling a full basket.

Absolutely fantastic store and even better staff .wrang this store today to see if they could help me and they went above and beyond thank you for your help today it is very much appreciated.

The staff in this store have been amazing during lockdown, my mam is self isolating and I live out of town twice I have found it difficult to get a certain dog food the staff have taken my number and rang on delivery .I think the ladies name was lauran or laura I would like to say a big thank you.
