I took my 12-y-o here for a bra fitting yesterday with Jan. it was just the perfect appointment. She was absolutely incredible with her and so kind and helpful. Despite having to come off her break to serve us as another lady had turned up at the wrong time for a booking. Thank you. She loves her new bra. We will be back in 6 months. Jan you are an asset to the company!

A very good atmosphere and an excellent shopping experience. The store is spread over three floors. The ground floor has menswear and the food hall, the first floor women's clothing and cosmetics, while the second floor has a cafe. The first floor has an on Street entrance as well as an entrance into the Darwin Shopping Centre, while the ground floor has entrances into the Darwin Shopping Centre. I have always found the staff to be very helpful, professional and approachable. Well worth a visit.

Always find it a pleasure to go there. Clean and tidy plenty of choice. Great food hall and cafe and excellent choice of clothes etc. Excellent toilets at Stafford.

I lost my mobile last week. Called the store and the staff member I dealt with was lovely and very efficient. Called me back shortly afterwards confirming the mobile had been found. Then went above and beyond and brought the mobile over to my place of work. Excellent service. Thank you.

Very impressed with how easy click and collect/return is and how very helpful all the staff involved with us were today.

My wife and I visit the Shrewsbury town centre Marks and Spencer when we are in town and have always had a good experience. On a visit to Marks and Spencer, I saw they perform bra fittings. Upon asking about this I was informed appointments are by booking, I was prepared to wait until the next week, but they asked and were able to fit me in within 10 minutes.

We were served by Marie, and when I explained my daughter is Autistic she was very understanding and allowed me into the closed changing room area to wait close by. She was very considerate of my daughter and ensured the fitting was stress free. I couldn't recommend her enough and am very thankful for her understanding. And my daughter feels comfortable to go there again which means a lot.

Purchased a suit and they even helped chose shirt and tie and carry them to checkout. Also very compassionate as these items were being purchased for a funeral. A credit to M & S. Nice to have old fashioned customer service. Please pass on our compliments

I'm a retail manager and it's been tough going this last two years keeping stores safe and customers happy so I wanted to highlight fantastic service from Mandy on ladies wear I had 2 weeks ago. Definitely a credit to M&S .

Sale rail had some great bargains!

A good choice of clothing and reasonable prices too. Went in to see if they had a man's cotton hooded, long dressing gown. None with hoods on, most were fleecy and all were knee length. A good selection of sweaters though.

I was quite in a hurry but I managed to get what I was looking for. A lovely dressing gown! I'll definitely recommend.

Love it. Clothes are lovely. You can buy stuff to make dinner or a quick lunch. Snacks and sandwiches in the cafe. The only tiny problem is, they removed chairs throughout the store. Especially seating near the doors.

Imo the very best M&S store of all, that has everything, plus a wonderful food hall. Layout is intimate and friendly. I really hope they don't close it down as part of their planned cost cutting - it would be a massive mistake and a terrible blow for the town.

Dear old M&S! Lots of bargains with your Sparks rewards. Assistants very helpful, just hand over your coupons plus your Sparks card and hey presto the price comes tumbling down!! Only had to pay 20pence on the last two occasions I shopped there! They really are trying, so let's give them a pat on the back and give them our support! 😆
