Young Volunteers eating chocolates. One tall female volunteer in shop walking around sipping a drink out of a bottle, (we are still midst a pandemic.) Giggling, enjoying themselves, no interest in the customers. Almost having to beg to get their attention. Clothes were off of hangers & some strewn on the floor in changing room. As a customer I felt obliged to pick up clothes seen on the floor. Having never observed such lack of guidance before. So nice to see young and often disabled volunteers but guidance & training required & not seen 27/5/22. Not the usual high standards seen in your, or other Red Cross charity shops in Kent
