Very helpful staff, advised I needed extra labels on returns item, as UPS/Amazon did not communicate this.

When I return with extra labels, the same colleague remembered me and was happy to assist me in finalising the collection!

My 7 month Cavapoo Bailey had his first full groom with Megan. It was amazing, she did a wonderful job, was so kind and patient and the result was fabulous. She was great to deal with, would definitely recommend the grooming service.

Had our miniture cockapoo puppy Rolo groomed and Megan did a fantastic job so pleased that we have now found the perfect place for our little man to have his pamper day Megan is a very kind, patient young lady easy to talk to and the staff in the shop well they were lovely to Rolo too taking him for a wee 🙂 .
I do shop here often and all the staff have always been helpful and very knowledgeable on the products they sell thankyou to each and everyone of you

Staff very helpful, usually well stocked with a good range of goods, only gripe would be the animal bedding is stored in all weather's and water sometimes finds its way into some of the bedding packs!

Staff here are very helpful. Good range of products and always have a selection of offers.

Called in to discuss food and feeding regime, raw as apposed to kibble, Paul assisted me, his knowledge of the different feeds was amazing. He took his time explaining in detail, excellent customer service. Highly recommended. *****

Great country store for animal feed and supplies. I have been coming here for years and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Let us try some of the dog coats on to get the right size and offered our spaniel treats as she was a little nervous

Like this store,they have a good variety of all animal feeds I must say I don't buy my dog food here as my dogs on a vet diet but staff have time to assist with dietary information I buy my dog a cake from there call a woffin for a treat once a month. I would suggest if you need dietary information give these guys a try.

Lovely little pet supply store, it’s really nice to have a place to get quality food, treats, toys, etc. especially being right beside the rec grounds so if you want a toy to throw you won’t have to go far! Very friendly staff as well.

Very friendly staff and an excellent range of products. We use Gladwells for our reptiles and the quality of bugs/frozen rodents is very good.
