Friendly and helpful staff with plenty of parking outside.

Great place to shop for good quality clothing especially if your not a fully paid up member of the pretentious poser brigade. The range of stock and styles available at very competitive prices is amazing. Its certainly worth the time to take the opportunity to browse around the store. The staff are very friendly and helpful and usually can't do enough to help. The parking is very good and free. I have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone.

Enjoyed looking around the store don't get to go there much now we use to always walk there but we can't now because of circumstances unfortunately .

Click and collect worked really well, staff helpful too.

It's easy to park outside, lovely wide aisles to walk round, lots of choice, can use the self serve checkout. Great experience.

I had previously had problems in another matalan store. when I came to this store they were very understanding and apologetic and reassured me that they would help me with my problem I would highly recommend as I received best customer service there names were Lesley and Jenny please pass on this review to them as can't thank them enough.

New policy in place to charge for hangers, not an issue as we weren't bothered about them. But to make people aware.

If your not a follower of expensive Fashion, what's there not to like, some bargains in here at a fraction of the price. A logo or a word means sod all to me most of the time. Always friendly chatty staff in Middlesbrough branch.

Really impressed with the service provided. I entered the store 5 minutes before closing time and the girls, the staff was very nice and friendly, compared with other stores that were in a hurry to close. Love the items I bought. Keep up the good work

Parking free and got right outside. ..got a good quality shirt..tie...shoes a real leather belt ALL 4 under 40 pounds cudnt believe it 1 shop ..all sorted nice 1 yrs lady from mens department helped us she was very helpful too defo a few👍👍👍👍from us
