The Red Store

The Red Store at Lerryn is a great place to visit. The small village is always very picturesque and the location of the Red Store overlooks the river, with a great view from its elevated position. The Red Store is just 100m along the river from the car park, which only a short drive from Lostwithiel.

Inside the store we were greeted by the artist who has produced many of the works on display, including some very affordable prints of some lovely local views. There were many other items to tempt us, including some original pottery and beautiful silk scarves.

Worth a small detour if you are in the area, if nothing else to enjoy the peace and beauty of this lovely location. There are some interesting walks along by the river and some hidden history in the woods nearby.
