Great service received at Toolstation Shrewsbury.
Product I needed was out of stock and not available to order, however John assured me that he would be able to get what I needed from another store within a couple of days. True to his word the product was sourced and I was one very happy customer. Thank you John you are a credit to the company.

Always quick and friendly service at this branch, especially when using the click and collect as there is a separate queue. I'm fed up with the other big name rival, where I'm constantly stuck behind people who don't know what they want or can't be bothered to look in the catalogue.

Went there yesterday to purchase small electrical accessories. All staff were keen to help me find what I needed. Special thanks to Jane for her patience and persistence. Electrician was very pleased when I returned with the correct items.

Must admit I use shrewsbury branch a lot and the service I get there from all the staff is amazing. Before and during COVID these guys a great click and collect it’s ready really quick or whether you want advice on a product they are always there to help.

Great alternative to other trade shops nearby. Products are competively priced and the range is extensive. It does not stock some top-line brands from certain tool manufacturers, however range is good and the screws, fixings etc are great value.

They are so very helpful whatever you need just place order on the phone and then pick up click and which was altogether a brilliant service Xx

Prompt and efficient service from helpful and courteous staff. Store arrangements during the pandemic obviously limited, but an effective work-around.
