Massive toy store. Staff are friendly (no idea how they remain so chipper!). Queues can be a little long but they're very fast and they treat children with respect and talking TO them rather than AT them.

Click and collect locations. Clean, orderly and a nice store. Toilet available at the back right of the store and has a changing facilities for babies.

Relatively good prices too.

We have been in several times to look at bits in the baby department. Purchased a travel system, highchair and most recently a car seat from there. The staff in the baby section are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Shout out to Sydney for all the help with the car seat.

Huge toy store well stocked with a massive range of toys to suit all ages. Would be surprised if you did not find a toy to purchase as simply everything seems to be in here! Was really impressed by this place and a large car park immediately in front of the store. Highly recommended for toy shopping!

My kids love this store , its so nice to have one close to home ! The store is huge and if you cannot find a toy here I don't know what to suggest as the range is simply huge ….There is a good mix of price points and we bought a whole set of trucks for my son …. he is thrilled to bits with them and they were amazing value . good parking availability to

Big toy store great experience

There is an insane amount of toys in this store and reasonably priced too from what we saw. There was also a big baby section. Parking outside isn’t free but is convenient.

I come in a couple of weeks ago, my daughter wanted a doll, I was impressed by the diversity in the doll design, she said mummy look they have one with a broken arm….representation is everything to a child, well done, we see it and we love it 😍

it has quite literally got someone for everyone huge store lots of stock friendly staff such a good store to go to if your looking for ideas for birthday presents etc

Purchased a stroller pram in 2021 had a problem with the wheel and balance.
Took into smyths and an excellent assistant called Jen was extremely helpful and fixed the problem. I don’t normally leave reviews but was very impressed with the service.

Wonderland land for kids for toys.

We love coming to Smyths Toys and this store is a whopper! My son educates me in the latest ‘must have’ toy every time we come here. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. Their prices are very competitive especially when on offer. See you again soon, thank you.

Was served by a young lad last weekend who was excellent. Not only served with a smile and some energy but he upsold a few items to us which were actually good for us to have. Wish I caught his name, he is a credit to your company. I work in sales so was impressed by the effort I doubt he isn't even insensitivised to put in.

Me and my family enjoyed the opening event today 04/02/17 we also had a good look around and they have a huge selection of toys games indoor and out. They also have toys for all ages. Its a great place to have a toy shop definitely will be using the store for future toy purchases ! :-)

I went in to look for prams to take away on holiday and a lady named Lucy served us, she was absolutely amazing! So friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my questions and offered helpful advice

The best chain toy shop by a country mile. Well worth travelling to also good for video games. Competitive pricing and a excellent selection. Park in B&Q car park though and walk as it is free.

Collected my online order in only a few minutes. Barely a queue, and the collection was swift.

Kids love it. Great place to find most child related stuff that you need from babies to big kids.

Great place with a wide range of toys you can see something different every time you go.
