Check your hot drinks if using the coffee machine before you leave, bought two coffees and they tasted like hot water.

The young women and gentlemen that first opened the store where very welcoming , and helpful the two guys that are there now don't see very helpful not interested one can't even speak proper English the other follows you about the store making you feel very uncomfortable

Send my boyfriend round to pick up a parcel with all paperwork email etc wouldn’t hand it over I go round and they are laying in the middle of the floor at the side of the til for anyone to lift! Unbelievable.

Horrible experience, overpriced as well.
