Terrible place! Booked an appointment stating what school we needed uniform for to be told when we got there that they didn't have any in stock and to go and visit their sister shop miles away.

What a complete waste of time and effort. Why have a booking system that is completely useless and a waste of efficient peoples time?

When asked if I could give feedback to the manager, I was told that he wouldn't come downstairs to speak to customers so its a waste of my time.

What a shocking way to run a business!

Save your frustration and go to Something Special in Cheadle instead. Far nicer, more helpful, generally pleasant folk and they have plenty of stock.
