Been living in Acocks Green since birth, always come to Jeffries for everything and today was no exception, came in a with blade to cut my car key with and even came to my car to see if it worked, saved me over £50 and only charge me his time, Tom was fantastic as was the rest of the staff..... WOW, called in with my sister on Tuesday, was amazed at all of the fantastic stuff.
We went looking for wreaths and brought a whole lot more.
Was so impressed with the real Christmas trees and the prices too. If l was looking to purchase a tree l wouldn't consider anywhere else. FABULOUS SHOP

Jeffries have a large selection of things for the garden including plants, compost, sand pebbles and so much more and prices are quite reasonable.
They also sell a wide range of DIY products.

With Christmas around the corner they have started selling a great selection of lights, ornaments and so on.
They also sell food for the wildlife.
Very very handy shop and great service as always.

Jeffries Hardware is without question best place to go to in Birmingham. Screw had dropped out of my plantation shutters. Went back to Hilarys Blinds where I bought them from but they no longer stocked the screw. Went to Jeffries who could not be more helpful. Gentleman in there took his time and he went through loads of screws till he found the right fit. Unbelievable service - wont go anywhere else. Thank you. Linda.

Great selection and staff are lovely people. Very helpful and knowledgeable wkll give you large variety to choose from, and if taken away and unused can be taken back.

I used to buy my plants from here years ago, but forgot it existed. I've recently discovered it again and its now my go to for anything hardware related, even though I have to go out of my way to get to it!! I love that I can just buy a couple of nails rather than a bagful and don't get charged the earth for the convience. There seems to be lots of staff who actually know there stuff. They are friendly and super helpful. I just wish there were more stores like it.

Have been visiting this store for 34 years. I have been there with many odd requests. They have always had what I wanted. The staff are so helpful, some still there since I was little. The layout is great, and prices are on everything. I honestly can't fault them. I hope they are there for decades to come.

This was the best customer experience ever. Tom is a legend, suggested work around to my DIY problems. When I was indecisive he chose for me. The Christmas section was vibrant (I don't celebrate it but I appreciate the vibe). I look forward to my next visit... 6 star operation. Plus ladies at the till were kind and not racist. Brilliant.

And Jeffrie certainly is hard. But not, apparently, when it comes to apostrophes.
