Super friendly staff with lots of specialised food (grain free, raw ect) my dog loves to visit!

Got my lovely dog from here. his name is Martin. We've had him for about 3 months now and apart from a small incident with my 5 year old son, Martin has been as good as gold.

Staff are so helpful, they go that extra mile. If they’ve not got something, they’ll get it in and deliver it if needed. Prices are fair, well stocked shop and friendly atmosphere! Keep up the great work 🥇

Was looking for large dog crate, after trying pets at home amazon etc couldn't get anything that day or next day was 3 - 5 day delivery time, rang That Pet Shop and lo and behold they had exactly what I was looking for and at a better price 😁 collected within the hour and had help getting into boot of car 😁 great service, thank you.

Used to live in New Romney great pet shop Tina and Lou are amazing nothing is too much trouble. We now live in Dover but still regularly use That Pet Shop, fantastic business.

we took our white standard poodle for his haircut here, what can we say but thank you so much, he looks beautiful, smells beautiful and cant wait for his next hair cut in 6 weeks. expert cutter and very well recommended

I have used That Pet Shop for the last 6 years, Tina and her team have always provided an excellent service for looking after the needs of my Cats and Dogs. I cannot recommended these guys highly enough.

Good friendly staff and always willing to get pet supplies that they don't have in stock for you ,it may be a week but they will let you know when it gets there.

The staff here are wonderful and willing to order in anything that you need if they don't have it. Lovely people
