Loving the new checkouts and Kiosk at Waitrose & Partners East Grinstead, it has refreshed the branch.

My favourite shop that has a wide range of products.

A wide variety of good quality products. Helpful staff and a clean store. Self scan very useful and free coffee available again.

Nice sized Waitrose that has a very good selection for a smaller store. Car park is an added bonus, considering its in the town centre, but you don't need to pay and display. You get up to 2 hours free parking and cameras automatically check using your license plate.

A bit of quality here in both the products and the staff. I avoid last thing on a Sunday because the yellow label hunters are out in force and boy are they vicious. Note to yellow label hunters, this is a supermarket not a food bank.

I find it very pleasant to shop at the Waitrose in East Grinstead. It has a good high quality selection of foods, and an excellent organic range. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and have not have any problems with service. You can get flowers, fresh fruit & veg, a wide selection of meats, poultry and fish as well as dry goods, chocolates etc. I love shopping at Waitrose 👍🏻😀

Good range of products including fresh fruit and vegetables probably helped by being early morning.
Still feels Covid safe as trolleys still cleaned and all customers I saw wore masks and most of staff.

One of the larger Waitrose stores I've been to. Has a deli counter and fish counter rolled into one.
There main car park is usually full (it's quite small) but the overflow parking always has spaces. Other than that, it's a Waitrose.

Excellent produce: fresh. Their own name products are very competitively priced.

Wonderful customer service today from 2 members of staff and Carrie gave us free flowers too. Im very impressed this was a lovely gesture. Thank you

Super little Waitrose in East Grinstead, it might not be the largest but makes up in quality with a clear and simple layout. Offering all the usual groceries but with a Meat and Fish counter and a small deli next to the fresh breads. Always has great offers that would surprise most on how well priced some of the deals are. Often has reduced items that can be a real bargain! Has good access and a Boots Pharmacy.

Best Christmas groceries shopping! Like vast choices and always best qualities you could find! Well done Waitrose! Staff always soo helpful and supportive. Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas! 😇💖😍💞

Big shout out & huge thanks to a lovely member of staff (young man, didn't catch the name) who dealt so kindly & patiently with my cries for help over the fone with an issue i had with a recent purchase at the store.

Not too crowded . Only Vegan advent calendars though . Good selection of Christmas stuff

Wide isles, friendly & Very helpful staff, clean/ bright, free parking for customers but best of all Quality food which surpasses other supermarkets - yet matches their prices! Well worth a visit.
