Great service by Dale customer services desk. Always helpful and kind. She presented our charity with good prizes for our Xmas raffle. She is good with customers always helpful, empathetic and with a ready smile. Always willing to sort things out. She is a great asset to Tescos.

Big shout out to KAREN on the cake aisle today. Yesterday I wanted to buy a confetti cake for my daughter's baby shower and it was out of stock. Sharon checked when due in and put one by for us this morning. She was lovely and so happy to help. Thankyou Sharon!

Just popped in for a few bits. Helpful staff. Found a lovely young man putting stock away, I was looking for qwickjel. I asked him to tell me as I didn't want to disturb him, but he insisted & it wasn't to mu h trouble. I wish I'd asked his name now. He was very kind & helpful.

Very clean, tidy, presentable always. Nothing is too much trouble when you require assistance of the staff. The staff are polite, friendly, helpful and caring. Will always shop at Gloucester Tescos, St. Oswalds Retail Park.

Easy to find and park outside, shelves are always well stocked and things are easy to find in store. There are public toilets and a good cafe on site as well as a small pharmacy

1large super market selling a very large and wide range of groceries oles some clothes electrical goods it also has a small cafe good parking and good good typical Tescos value

Lots too choose from normally supplies a bit stretched under current circumstances but otherwise all good

Well, this Tesco, unless my local, has scan & shop service. That only makes it a good Tesco.

Always well stocked shelves and plenty of willing and very helpful staff. It is worth going out of your way to visit.
