The reason for my visit was that I am considering changing mobile phone and broadband providers. This was the third of three visits that I had planned. One was great and the other total rubbish. This is my current provider. After visiting two of their competitors I wanted to see what they could do for me being a loyal client. I was greeted by Jack. To be fair, he was really good and got to it. I explained what I was doing. I was incredibly impressed with the attention to giving me everything that he could to persuade me to stay. I’d always done my upgrade discussions on the phone and I actually prefer it this was, going into the store and speaking to a person face to face makes all the difference. I will admit that it is hard to say that the deal that was put together is hard to beat and on Friday it’s very likely that I will go to see Jack to preorder the new phone and smartwatch. Thank you for a new and great experience.

The staff have good knowledge of services and products and what package gave the best value for money.

Super helpful staff & manager. Bought a new phone & managed to lock it. Problem resolved quickly and efficiently by Jay. While I was there they asked if I was with EE broadband (I am) & said I was paying too much every month. I hadn't even gone into the shop to talk about this but left with a new contract which will reduce my bills by at least £15 a month. Phone staff often get a bad reputation but I left happy and with a handshake.

i always have a great experience when coming in and we get great deals for our upgrades.

i also had to come in twice due to my z flip being faulty, on both occassions the staff was amazing and helpful and sent the phone off to the repair centre with no hassle. the customer service is always top tier and the staff are friendly and know what they're talking about!

I found the staff in the southend ee store really helpful. My phone kept switching off and they were infinitely patient in trying to transfer the data to the new one. I cannot recommend them enough and will use them again.

Usually purchase my phones online, however if you want a question answered or advice about a handset then this place is essential. The staff are always friendly polite, and happy to help you with any questions about tariffs and accessories also. If you get any technical problems then please do not hesitate to to pay these guys a visit.

After having a very bad experience with another Essex store with faulty products etc the Southend branch were able to help me sort out the mess that the whole situation was in. I think the colleagues names were Dave and Josh, but the entire team were working well together and providing a positive friendly atmosphere.

Staff are very helpful, polite and friendly...had a very good experience at this shop and was served by a young lady who was brilliant at knowing her job and knew how to help me and answered my question best to her knowledge of her job , thank you to all the staff

I was served by Zee. He was very polite and helpful. I got the Samsung A12 on contract and Zee set it up for me and explained everything that I needed to know to me. Excellent service. I have yet to get used to the phone but as it's another Samsung I'm sure it will be pretty much the same as my old phone. Thank you Zee for 1st class assistance.

Comfortable seating with charging docks, handy for a wait. Sometimes a queue but staff always check in.
They were very patient with my disabled father and calm with young children.
The only phone shop I've visited in Southend over time where they weren't trying to force purchases down my throat.

I visited the store twice on a Friday and Tuesday this past week. All I can say is a Big Thank to Simon and all your friendly, knowledgeable professional staff. The shop was clean and airy, ppe was there.

The service we had was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for Dave, he went out out of his way to recommend a phone that would suit our needs and should we need further assistance to go back and he will be able to help

Had a problem Doro phone, I think made by someone who hates old people, but although it gave a phone expert sale's man a hard time, he did get all photos, contact's and the rest, on to the new phone. Excellent service. 😁

The service was brilliant couldn't have asked any more from the staff, although not sorted in store when arrived home after a slight delay I now have a functioning email account again.
