Zero Store

Love this store, Charlie and her team are always really friendly and helpful. The range of stuff is great, and has all the dry basics you would expect with cereals, staples, nuts, flour... I'm not going to name everything as there is loads. But it also has fresh bread on the weekend, sweet treats and chocolate and cleaning products and toiletries. Stock is always good to so you never miss what you need. They also do internet orders, but we like dropping in each week. Would definitely recommend giving it a try!

This is a gem of a shop! It might be small, but the range of products is amazing and such good quality. The staff are incredibly friendly and will happily assist you in filling your containers. And it's definitely worth ordering the bread to collect on a Saturday - best ever sourdough!

I have shopped at Zero from their day one and I have never been able to fault it. Charlie is so passionate about zero waste, but is also realistic and keeps costs affordable. The quality of items is always high and service is impeccable. A trip to Zero is always a joy.

These shops are delightful. The range of goods is huge and the welcome always so warm. Charlie and the Team do their level best to keep prices very competitive and the products are all sustainably and ethically sourced. I cannot fault them and look forward to my visits.

What a wonderful shop! Wide range of food and household products, and you can buy just as much, or as little as you need. Everything in stock is chosen with care with a view to protecting the planet. The staff are delightful, helpful and knowledgeable. We love shopping here.

Love this shop! I buy everything that I can from here. They have a huge range of cleaning supplies (my favourite is the Everything Clean) and even toiletries like face wash and toothpaste! The vast majority of my dry food is also from Zero and it means that I produce so much less waste

Zero have a refill shop in both Stratford upon Avon and Leamington and we use both. I always find it an enjoyable experience refilling my own containers there and have found it to be similar cost to none eco-shop equivalents. There is a wide variety of different stuff you can refill and I always feel sure that they are the most ethical choices for the products available as Charlie always does her research, there are some great posts and cost comparisons etc on the shop Facebook account.

Always a friendly welcome! Product range is great and new products arrive regularly. Reducing the amount of plastic purchased by refilling bottles - it just makes sense! Will spread the word about this gem of a shop.

I haven't actually been to visit myself but my mother came home from a day out in Stratford upon Avon and was so impressed with this little store she'd discovered. She'd gone as far as taking photos and a short video touring the store to show us when she got back 🤣 (we haven't yet come across something like this in Birmingham though there probably is 🙈). Mum also mentioned that Charlie was so incredibly pleasant. Unfortunately as we don't live locally and this was the first time visiting, we hadn't any jars or containers to fill but hopefully next time my mum or I visit Stratford, we'll remember to bring a few jars or two to stock up on some spices and washing up powder!

Great shop! Myself and my wife refill regularly, plenty of choice. Great customer service. My eldest son especially loves the dried mango and sweets.

I was thrilled to find this wonderful shop as we passed through Stratford on our narrowboat. I was able to get a refill of my washing up liquid. There was so much more I could have bought but I am fairly well stocked already and there isn't space on a narrowboat to carry too much stock!

I’m always conscious of the cost of what I buy but Zero is reassuringly great value for money compared to the supermarkets and as I run out of products bought elsewhere, I look to replace them with products from Zero instead!

I'm delighted to have a Zero Store branch in my own town now having been travelling over to Leamington to get refills in the original shop for a while now. Zero Store is an absolutely brilliant shop, with huge amount of variety, staffed by incredibly knowledgeable, caring and generous staff who are always ready to take time to help you. You can always rest assured that Charlie will have done her research and found the most ethical option out there, which takes a lot of weight off your mind - and at the same time price comparisons show that they are easily comparable to equivalent products in supermarkets. Win-win - why would anyone choose to go anywhere else?!

The best independent shop you will find! Zero waste, plastic free goods. The customer service is second to none whether you are a new or existing customer. Never been before?? go and visit and find out for yourself! Charlie and her staff will help every step of the way. Locally sourced items, and lots of options for those with food intolerances or preferences 5🌟s from me. My boys also love visiting..... especially for the sweets 😋

I was so incredibly impressed when I popped into the Stratford store yesterday. Not only was the range of products extensive but the knowledge and expertise of your colleague, who served me, was so valuable. I had a brilliant experience in this store and was able to pick up everything I needed and more. The peanut butter is incredible. I will now be buying this (as well as the other products I picked up) from this store regularly.

A must shop for anyone who is looking to reduce their waste production (which should be everyone in my opinion). Incredibly affordable and good for our planet, a win-win in the current climate.

The Zero Store is very definitely one of my favourite shops in Stratford. The range of packaging free products available is incredible – everything from pasta, jumbo oats, dried fruit, herbs & spices, oat milk to laundry powder, bathroom cleaner, shampoo, handwash to mention just a very small sample. The team are genuinely so friendly and knowledgeable it’s always a pleasure chatting to them when I pop in.

Extremely friendly store. I visit here every weekend to stock up, the staff do their best to get to know every regular and never push anyone to buy things, are happy to give their experiences with products and even have a donation box for people to reuse old jars! Would recommend to anyone.

Great store, lots of stock for a small shop and very helpful friendly staff. Excellent prices too. We are loving the freshly ground peanut butter! Most of our plastic waste nowadays is from washing products (shampoos / conditioners washing up liquids), pleased to find a way to cut down on that.
