Amazing helpful staff! Went into Great Yarmouth store to return a faulty air fryer. Special mention to James on the checkout who was super friendly & chatty, & Jake the manager who replaced it for a new one with no trouble! They are both a credit to the company! I went to great yarmouth store with garden centre. Highly commend. Its very large and I mean large. I am sure they had everything in there. I still amazed. Pity its over 100 miles away from where I live or I'd be in there every day 😳

B&M what did we do before B&M so many bargains ,go in for one thing come out with 10 things ,every time all the time price increases they kept their catsan litter under price , £6 -25 other stores £9 ,drinking choc £2 other stores £3-69 these savings help a lot to everybody at these high price times ,I used to go to one store an do a shop ,now I go to 3 at least cutting supermarket prices by lots ,we all have to watch our pennies ,!!! Always lots o staff on tills too ,unlike another stores x

Amazing and friendly staff. Always somebody about to ask for help if needed. Till staff are smiley and engaging....not just herding you out of the store.

Very ckean and tidy. Plenty of space and decent sized car park for its location (free parking) very close to other stores and a few mins walk away from town centre

Shelly on tills is the only reason for shopping there her customer service skills are second to none what an absolute asset to the company A++++++

My local store is very big and always plenty of new products . Both food wise and household . Pets . Etc .staff very helpful . Easy access for wheelchairs etc. Garden centre small but plenty of plants and garden accessories reasonably priced. I always enjoy my visits there .
