One Stop Computer Store

This is the first time that I have used One Stop Computers. I cannot praise them enough. I'm always wary of repair shops tying you up in technical terminology to take more money. This was a refreshing experience, they listened to me, what I wanted, very polite & friendly and very reasonable on pricing. Whether you are a member of the general public or a large business these people can meet your needs in a professional and friendly way.
If you're looking for help in computing I highly recommend them. I would not think of going anywhere else, Thanks you Tom, Chris and all the team.

The guys who work here are so helpful and won't sell you anything you don't need. I've been using this store off and on for a few years - as has my husband - for various issues including software and hardware and have always been impressed. We're very lucky to have a computer store like this in Billingshurst. Open Saturdays too which is a real bonus if you can't get there Monday - Friday.

Recently had my gaming PC repaired at the shop the guy that dealt with me was very professional and all fixed same day at a reasonable price can not fault the service I received.

First class service, and very fair pricing. Tim promptly and without fuss breathed life back into my desktop pc which was totally dead. It was the Power Supply that had died. The problem was diagnosed and fixed quicker than forecast and for less cost. All is now back up and running perfectly, so I am well pleased. A big thank you, and I have no hesitation recommending this local specialist store.

Very quick, efficient & knowledgeable service. We have used One Stop Computer shop several times & have always found the service very good. This time our lap top was repaired sooner than anticipated. Have used the One Stop Computer Store for several repairs and data recovery over the years and have always had great service and good, honest advice. Great to have a good selection of computer accessories available locally as well, just been down and picked up a wireless iPhone charger and am delighted with it.

I just wanted to share my fantastic and positive experience at this fab local shop yesterday. My iPhone had stopped charging and I was at a loss without it and was facing having to buy a new phone, not ideal just before Christmas. However just 2 minutes in the shop and the problem was sorted, my phone buzzed back into life and the 2 lovely guys behind the counter were very helpful and simply handed it back with a smile 😀😀

Huge thanks to the Billingshurst team and to Tom in particular. Faced with a very scary 'BSOD' at a critical moment and contemplating huge data loss, I took my laptop in on a Friday afternoon and it was all backed up, resolved and restored to full working order by Saturday midday, at a very fair and competitive cost. The calm attention to detail was a really important factor and I'm extremely grateful to all concerned.

We have used this organisation several times and each time they have been very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
They are both speedy and inexpensive, so we are delighted to have them close at hand to assist with all our computer and IPad problems.
