Nice store. Quite friendly

Inside the train station so convenient for grabbing something before getting on a train. Prices can be higher and it should be noted that the staff lock up the store 15-20 minutes BEFORE closing time and will refuse customers.

The short old lady with glasses is extremely rude. She came across as she didn't want to serve me. She cut me off real quick in a very rude tone and then immediately walked off whilst I was still deciding if I wanted anything.

This was 845 am and I was the only customer in the store. So no que behind me.

I noted that she spoke very nicely to the two young girls who just got served before me. So I do wonder if there was an element of subconscious racism involved.

Not a very welcoming store or customer service.

This is not the first, 2nd,or 3rd time it's the 4th time, when the guy with long hair behind the register, takes his time dealing with a snack bar, I get it, it needs that customers service, and I love that, myself being and RGM, but buddy the urgency and lack of vision, especially when people have places to go it's 0%, plus not everyone wants to hear how your day gone, lot of us go through a lot, we just want a simple hey and how are you, small talk, it supposed to be empowering people to come there in a time of urgency, seriously WHS, train your people, get them some metrics.
The other lady young one with glasses absolutely BRILLIANT AND FABULOUS service.

Rampant profiteering on everything they sell. £2.79 for a bottle of Dr Pepper & £2.19 for a Double Decker. Extortionate.

Food is very expensive, I was just now clearly rushing for a train and when I told this to the clerk when he was offering me the meal deal he made snarky comments. Very off-putting.

£4.99 for a meal deal is a ripoff considering its sainsbury's sandwiches.. pretty sure it said 3.50 for a meal deal on the shelf too
