We have just had a good experience shopping here for the first time. Sainsburys delivered our order but several items were "not available - no substitutes". We drove to Tesco but the queue was miles long. Queued at Farmfoods, but they didn't sell what we wanted. Dropped into this convenience store and got everything, including eggs and a really good deal on two 70cl bottles of Bacardi, cheaper than Sainsburys. The guy wore full PPE and was very polite and helpful. These are difficult times and running a store for the "convenience" of locals, and trying to make enough money to be able to restock at higher prices than big supermarkets pay, must be really difficult. Like everything else, use it or lose it. We will be going back here rather than take ages walking miles around big stores.

Absoutly disgusting service goes in to buy backi and because i want to pay by card he wants me to buy something in the shop first, even thou im already spending 11 pound in the shop! Me and my partner come down to this shop weekly and spend 20-30 pound each visit! Absoutly disguting! Have compeltly lost out service he will do anything to get money!!

So after years of being a very good customer I've just bought things with my card but was still charged a card fee.. never before has any staff charged me this and I used it daily but was told if she was wrong shel give it back to me how about not taking it in the first place... good customer is now totally lost... after doing away with pay point and now this complete con I will not be spending money here again ...thing your going to lose a lot of good customers very quickly almost as bad as the last management.things got better for a few years but now this is just as bad good customer lost keep the charge il shop else were

Granson just bought a bottle of 2 litre sprite got home and then we saw it was 6 months out of date don't the owner do stock rotation I used to do it once a week think it is disgusting how many others have bought things and not realised he is selling out of date stock and still charging full price last time i ever go there awful shop

Disgusting!! Charging the earth for items because people are now vulnerable!! We’re meant to stick together at times like this!

This place plays fast and loose with there opening time and closing times . Frequently shut early very frustrating !
