Saturday 11th June : 4.30pm. The young lady who served me could not have been more helpful. I needed an adjustable spanner that would get into an very awkward nut. . She got every spanner out they had for me to look at and the one we thought was the best worked first time. I must add that I was a visitor to Plymouth, on a boat, so had cycled to the shop and only had one chance at this. Many Thanks

It's just another toolstation- a place selling DIY and trade tools and materials from a catalogue. You tell the staff the number of the item you want and it's brought out to you.

You can also order online and just pick your item up.

It's distinguished by excellent customer service. The staff are friendly and efficient, and that makes the experience.

Great prices & superb staff

A wrong order was given to one of our engineers. This was not realised until he was at the job. We had to cancel the job, moreover, Toolstation had us drive an hour and half back to the same branch to return the order given to us by mistake! No form of compensation was offered.
