The brown young man is very very rude. Go learn some manners first

On the Amazon app, it says this store is a paperless store, just go with the item, no need to wrap or print label as all done at the shop.
THIS IS NOT THE CASE.

I took it in the original bag Amazon used expecting the store to do the rest (seal it and put label on). The young man at the counter gestured to the machine to print out the label which I did. I proceeded to the counter with both label and also the item in the bag. The young man then was extremely rude and unhelpful when he shrugged his shoulders at me and asked me ‘what am I meant to do with it?’! I said ‘what do you mean?’, he said ‘it’s not sealed’.

I showed him the Amazon app where it says the shop will take care of that and he said it’s not his problem, he won’t accept it, it’s an Evri problem, they haven’t given him the tape or anything and I need to go away and contact Evri. I asked if he sold tape and he said he did, I suggested that could be used and he said no it’s for sale only.

I explained again, this is a paperless service and he kept not my problem time again and again. He also kept aggressively asking ‘what do you want me to do!?’

I went outside to call Amazon as poor reception in shop but whilst out there I went to the 2 shops beside AM2PM and they both willingly helped me by giving some sellotape so I didn’t need to drive back home.

I then went back to the AM 2 PM shop and told him his neighbouring shops assisted me and he again told me his is tape for sale in the shop.

I handed him the sealed package and the label which I had originally printed and the instructions when printing from the machine in the shop said to not put the label on the package but to hand to the counter. He refused to put the label on the package too… ! I said you keep referring to the Evri procedure but you’re not following it now, it said to give it to you. He still refused to handle it and made me put the label on the package.

Absolutely appalling service from the young man at the counter, he was more concerned about talking about cake with his colleague.

I don’t think it was a language barrier and even if he wasn’t equipped what he could control is his behaviour.

I’ve complained to Amazon that this is not a paperless service as their app said, Amazon will escalate with their delivery partner.

Don’t expect any help or support from a shop assistant with no community spirit nor kindness.

My daughter just came to your shop and was told she couldn't buy 6 little sweet bags for herself and brothers apparently there is a limit 🤔.. she was refused a second carrier bag so the first was over loaded and snapped on her way home. Staff are stuck up and rude and the manager has a serious breach in health and safety with some dodgy wooden panels on the floor by the fridge section they have it taped to the floor so you can see but will still trip as its so uneven especially someone elderly.. Avoid this shop it's a hazard!!

Just feel that the staff can be rude if I didn't need to go there I wouldn't use this place still charging people for using there cards
