Took out contract on new iPhone recently. I was recommended going to Dave…… found him to be extremely helpful…. Going over and above to ensure when I left the shop my iPhone was up and running also equally important for me….. the experience was totally stress free. Thank you Dave

So lovely to know we can still get a personal service in our small town, David was extremely helpful in changing my service provider explaining everything so clearly, plus I did not feel at all rushed although other customers were waiting. Popped in today having dropped my phone. A new phone, lower price and an excellent service from David. It is best to use a small specialist rather than larger companies. Always friendly and helpful. Excellent.

Whet into the shop today because of a referral from 2 of my closest friends who told me that the manager in there Tommy was good at his job and is understanding to what you need' and true enough tommy was that helpful today I signed a 2 year contract with Vodafone for myself and my ex wife and because Tommy mentioned he was able to beat my broadband as well I signed up to Vodafone broadband 2 and by doing this I have save myself a lot of money not only that Tommy spent that extra bit of time setting up both phones and give us both a demo on how to use it. Will do as my friends did and I will recommend tommy and the shop to my friends and family

Went in hoping to find a charger for my phone. They didn't have the right one but looked in the store room and found a compatible one. So thankfully got me out of a fix.

Terrible and rude customer service initially for an elderly deaf customer, resulted in a week and £400+ payment to get the product she wanted. The person that dealt with the complaint was ok, but it's definitely not somewhere I'd recommend.
