Friendly and very knowledgeable, Tony and his team managed to find an exact match (but this time moth resistant!) for a moth-eaten carpet. They were so helpful and efficient and managed to get the order completed in time for my mum's return from hospital. Very pleased!

From walking into Tony Brookes showroom to sitting and admiring my lounge carpet I am pleased to write this review .... Paul the salesman was charming and very helpful .... Tony himself arrived to measure up and after a cup of coffee with us, I felt I had known him for years .... The order was given, the date for fitting was agreed and the carpet was laid .... The carpet fitters were polite and professional and left the lounge neat & tidy ..... Jo, the voice on the other end of the telephone, was friendly and kept us informed of any delay that may occur .... All in all this family run business is a fantastic firm to deal with.... I would not hesitate to recommend them highly.
