Great service, very prompt and good value. I needed an old, very slow laptop brought back to life to use temporarily, and didn't want to buy a new machine. EMCS replaced the hard disk in 24 hours and the laptop is working like new.

They were very helpful when I asked them to find me a replacement for my old laptop. it had stopped working suddenly. They gave clear advice on what was available and how much I would need to spend for a machine that would replace my old machine. They ordered it for me then transferred all data from the hard disc, then showed me how to open all my accounts. I was surprised how little time it took to get me back on line, and at a very reasonable price.

Dropped of sick laptop at ECMS, pleasant welcome and discussed problem, 2 days later had a call saying my laptop was ready to be collected. 1st class service. I will use all my computer needs.

I have used EMCS several times over a few years and always received a friendly and knowledgable service. In particular, Paul is highly knowledgeable on Mac systems and supplied and set to work my QNAPS NAS that is connected to my desk top. He has always been most helpful in follow-up advice when I have asked for it.

Frustrating, long standing issue quickly identified - initially intermittent then total failure of hard disc - and fixed. Machine setup in double quick time - overnight. All just down the road and at a very competitive cost, hardware and tech!

Excellent service when our Internet went down, engineer came the next day and was extremely helpful, couldn't sort out the issue as it was a fault on the line but tested all our equipment which resulted in the cause being traced back to BT, also had good advice when we wanted to purchase a new printer very helpful going that extra to find a reliable and cheap to run printer. We recommend Edward Martin and the team for any issues with computers or information on purchasing equipment.

My 9yr old much-used laptop - having had a "heart transplant" two years ago - comprehensively crashed on Thursday. Edward Martin Computer Services took my lifeless friend straight in for repair, examined it on Friday calling me to discuss the options, worked on Saturday and Monday to download all my data onto a new laptop, and delivered it to me at home on Monday evening. They then spent time on Tuesday morning (Valentines Day) remotely and patiently connecting the new laptop to my printer and making other adjustments so by lunchtime I was up and running.....all achieved in 3.5 working days!

Edward Martin dealt quickly and efficiently with my problem: they were also happy to discuss refinements on the phone courteously and with prompt results.

I needed to update my (very) old PC for a new one. I visited Edward Martin because of their excellent reputation. I was not disappointed and they took time to discover what I needed and within days I had a new system and printer all installed. My old data was copied to a separate hard drive so I am now up and running. I did have a few problems but they were quickly and professionally resolved. I really do value the time and patience that Edward and his team (special mention must go to Paul) have taken to ensure that I have a fully working system. If you are in need of computer advice do not bother with PC world and the like, go to this company and receive help from people who really know their field and at competitive prices too.
