Independent local shop, friendly staff.

Amazing place

Woman who I am guessing owns the shop is so rude! I had gas and electric vouchers and this shop was listed as a place to use them. As soon as I told her I was using vouchers she shouted at me and told me to leave. My partner then went it to try again and got the same treatment. She then started screaming at him, even when he left she was still going! This shop was really good when it was run by the previous people! Honestly would suggest avoiding unless you want anything other than whats on the shelves.

Never again. The woman running it is so rude. I happened to walk in with a box and as I opened the door I got shouted at because the collect plus wasn't in operation until the next day. Not a great way to run a business and I certainly won't be back. Incredibly rude and clear I'm not the first customer to experience this. Steer clear and find somewhere else.

Rude lady confirmed, as soon as my husband walked she looked up scowling at him, saw he had packages for collect+ and then huffed at him!! After she scanned it she told him to it to be with the other parcels himself. If you don't want to be a collect+ location, don't be a collect+ location!!

He also said the shelves were completely full - no wonder!

The worst shopping assistant in the whole of Basingstoke. The woman working there should not be allowed to serve customers: rude, unprofessional and trying to cheat customers out of their money.

Never again! That woman is rude she's on a constant argument with customers. Everytime I went there, for amazon or collect plus services, she always refused service for non existent reasons.

Absolutely horrible rude lady in there now I've used that shop for over 40 years , loved Cathy and Fred but will never use it again while she's in there. She needs some customer service training 😡😡

This shop is best avoided
