Excellent customer service today, from a young lady named Chloe, as I was helping a friend buy a pair of trainers for the gym, the first assistant I approached did not know much about the different trainers , however Chloe very politely came over and showed us the suitable choices . Well done , great product knowledge , good customer service . 😃

I bought a pair of tracksuit joggers that I loved but turned out to be faulty. I called up the store and Vickilee was incredibly helpful and she helped to sort out my exchange with a different branch. I feel like she really went out of her way to help resolve my issue and I really appreciate it!

The best sports brand in the high street! And it just got better as you have even bigger discounts at the Bicester outlet village. Friendly staff showing you were the discounts are and also the range just arrived from the stores. Must visit for good price sports clothing.
