Just had the Valentines meal deal 2024, and it tasted fantastic. Great value, probably the best dauphenoise outside France 10/10.
Great store. Always plenty of stock and price and quality competitive.

Good 👍 choice of clothes and toys upstairs. Cafe 🍽 also upstairs has recently been updated. Lifts 🛗 available. Store clean 🧽 and tidy. Own range food is good 👍 and at good prices. Never long queues at the checkouts.

Staff great ,only one problem is they do leaflets for dog insurance, but not for car or anything else . Blamed on to contractors

Absolutely amazing store! Ive been there many times, because i live in the area and it’s my go to store for any needs. On two floors, they’ve got anything you’d ever want to but, including home decor, car accessories, cleaning supplies, clothing and naturally, Groceries with large selection of magazines. I also like the fact that there is a pharmacy on site, where you can get drugs with or without prescription. Car park is so large, that even on a busy weekend, you’ll be able to find a parking spot which you can stay on for up to three hours. Moreover, next to tesco here is a large nottcutts garden centre for all your garden needs.

Amanda has been exceptionally helpful and went out her way to help me find the items I was looking for ...very friendly staff member...keep up the good work 👍🏻

Despite being incredibly short staffed in the cafe, the team have managed to keep all tables/seating area spotlessly clean and sanitised. The staff haven’t complained or look unhappy as they’re doing their very best to keep it running smoothly. Well done to the team especially Amanda and Karen

Click & Collect staff are so happy and helpful nothing is too much trouble despite having to put up with some very rude and demanding customers who complained when there was a slight delay in bringing orders to their cars...WHY? our family cannot thank you ALL enough. THANK YOU ALL!

I have just seen an article which states Tescos are closing manned checkouts due to lack of demand. The only time I use self checkout is when the queue is too long at the manned so where does the data come from? I hear there is also a petition to stop this happening so is the real reason just financial and nothing to do with the customer? Your checkout staff are a credit to you and always pleasant and would be greatly missed.

Definitely not a place to just 'pop' to. We found a really good selection of clothing from night wear, socks, underwear, seasonal, uniforms, casual day wear for all ages and to cover a variety of tastes plus lots of accessories - mostly, priced reasonably. Likewise with the homeware sections and other departments situated upstairs in the non food aisles.

We went to the cafe and were pleasantly surprised with the choice available for the time of day (approx. 2.30 pm). Our order was 2 teas, a bacon & egg breakfast bap, a fish finger wrap with tartar sauce and a portion of triple cooked chips. The order arrived quickly and hot. The café area was clean and tidy and we watched areas being sanitised at regular intervals.
The downstairs aisles offered plenty of choice with good quality fresh fruit, veg, bakery, meats and more. Also good choices of cleaning, body care products, frozen items plus more besides.

Other facilities on site were a cashpoint, customer toilets including disabled and baby change. Also customer services, cigarette & lottery kiosk, opticians and phone shop, chemist and photo printing. Jbust off the main site is the petrol station.
Right next to the Tesco is Notcuts garden centre. Another great place to browse round and supplement garden supplies and a good range of indoor plants, decorative items, pets and pet related items plus lots more.

Me and a friend came into the store today looking for a certain toy on my friends daughter’s Christmas wishlist. It wasn’t on the shelf so asked Ben for help. He was more than happy to help and said he will go straight into the back to look. After checking twice, he found the item! Leaving a very relieved parent! Great service by Ben, he deserves an extra day off over Christmas we think. Thanks again Ben!

Good super market near Shirley. A complete family shop. Good parking space. Spacious supermarket. You will find almost everything you need at this shop.

This evening after a couple of days where I'd had my husband in hospital and then been pinged by NHS as my sons fiancé had caught covid, I found we only had 2 tests left. I phoned and found the store had just had some delivered. On arriving I found that the system had changed from when I initially got tge first test boxes and was having so much difficulty with the tech and sorting it out in such a noisy environment it felt like the last straw. I appealed to a young lady standing close by for her help. She saw my distress and calmly guided me through the process. Thank you Bryony you were amazing!!

Huge massive tesco extra with just about everything you can think of and open 24 hours.

Be aware if you visit before 6:00am they only have self checkout open and the overnight army of shelf fillers are not friendly at all.

The staff at the checkout are very polite but watch the fillers

Good sizes tesco with an upstairs. Plenty of offers and reduced food in the evening and just before closing on sundays, meat and veg often reduced to less than 10 to 20 pence. Plenty of parking and the car wash too.

I went to the restaurant/Diner. Service was excellent. food was lovely. This is a little gem of a place, as good if not better than many restaurants I have been to. I am really fussy and swap and change things. The staff couldn't have been more attentive.
