This review is for the staff member who dealt with the mishap that happened at Next in touchwood. But the way my issue was dealt with by Sonia was with great very understanding and professionalism, I would like to add that this review is only about Sonia otherwise I was heading to give this particular branch a 1 star and only because of Sonia I have given it a 5 star, because everyone else I spoke to wanted me to travel over 45mins to pick my order up and didn’t give me any other option and I would definitely recommend that all staff should get trained by Sonia in how to deal with a customer. Once again thank you for all your help Sonia.

Thanks soo much to lovely young chap called Alex usually I don't shop in next because I think the last several yrs clothes etc too old for me n I'm 52 lol 😆 but today I brought a gorgeous watch bag n thanks to cutie Alex will get sandals tomorrow my size wasn't in stock he tried other shops thank u Alex for treating me like a vip nothing to much trouble xxxx

We visited the Next branch in Solihull with the hope of finding a folding oak dining table and an Accent Armchair.

We didn't require any assistance with choosing either items as we knew exactly what we wanted. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products that we were interested in and gave us lots of direction on colour and. themes.

The order was placed in-store and we were kept informed of the logistics right up to the delivery date.

The delivery itself was very smooth and both sets of drivers were professional (observing Covid guidelines) and helpful. They wore shoe protectors in the property and positioned the items exactly where we wanted.

We also had to call customer services on a few occasions to tweak the order and the staff that dealt with us there were fantastic.

Superior service at a fraction of the price of John Lewis.

Oh and love the table and armchair.

came in this morning for the 5am sale, I could not believe how positive and helpful the staff were. they knew exactly where every item of clothing i was looking for was... all staff were smiling and did not look like they were not happy to be there so early. thank you 'next team' for making my 5am trip so positive..

Always love going into Next. There is such a good selection of clothes, for women, men and kids. And the household items are fantastic. There is also a great choice of shoes.

Next is always fun to visit. Shopping in store is comfortable thanks to helpful staff. Looking at items checked out on line can be interesting. Returns are handled easily too.

Lovely shop, and easy to pick up parcels. The staff are trained well and are polite.

Love the layout but could do with a bit more space between aisles but all in all very neat tidy store
