Tesco Extra

A big thank you to the two men in the phones department who fixed a tricky problem on my phone. I'll continue to use Tesco for phone purchases and contracts for my family.
Thanks also to the woman at customer service who went the extra mile to make sure I knew where my taxi would pick me up. All three staff were so willing and happy to help.

We got everything we needed but it was very difficult to find everything and we spent quite a long time trying to find things. There seems to be no sense about where things are put but, if you can find staff they are very helpful.

Found what I was looking for. Easy and convenient store

Ample parking, the store is exceptionally clean , and tidy , wide Isles ( not like tower park, ) very well stocked, able to purchase everything I needed . Staff in the cafe, very pleasant , food/ drink order was brought to my table. Truly a pleasant shop, and music just in the back ground, not at all deafening.

I shop at various different stores, but you need to check out Tesco for daily discounts as they do have good ones, especially if you have a club card or price match. Generally they have a good choice of products but lately I have noticed fewer on the shelves. They do a crafty move by putting more of the same products on the shelf to make it look like it's full. However, most of the different stores are doing it, hence why I use different stores.

Excellent varieties of products available. It's a good choice for a monthly shopping. Will get better deals with tesco club card. May not be a pocket friendly option, if you are not using the club card.
Tesco has tesco branded alternatives for many products which are cheaper.

Great to for all your food shopping & drinks. They also sell clothes, kids toys, business stationery. Home and car accessories etc.

Nice spacious supermarket but my real reason for leaving 5 stars is the Pod-Point electric car charger they offer. I parked up, plugged in, did a large shop, loaded the boot and unplugged with considerably more charge. Just a great idea Tesco. I love it!

Managed to grab some great bargains namely 8 power blades for my razor for around £20 very pleased also took a look at their TV's plus they were selling off their tins of Christmas sweets for £2 now that's a bargain. Also there is plenty of free parking and a Holland & barratt + a nice cafe for a warm beverage and tasty treat.

5 Star service and can recommend company

This a great shop with plenty to supply your needs. Clean store, friendly staff and always willing to help. Large electrical and clothing department on the first floor which includes a mobile phone store. Vast array of toys, back to school goods, home wear as well as usual Tesco goods. Vision express at the rear of the store. Clean toilets and a small customer lift. Ample free parking and petrol station outside. The store has a small café, which unfortunately often has issues. Other than that we'll worth a visit

Rob and Perry are really great managers....it's a completely different atmosphere when they are on duty....when they work, the staff seem a lot happier, it just feels so different when they are not on duty. Fantastic managers with clearly a great night team to support them...good choice, well done.:)

Huge store with cafe, clothing, homeware and all food items you could ever need. Spacious and pleasurable to shop in.

Big thanks to Denis in the Photography lab today for taking and processing our driving licence photos. Really friendly, made us laugh and relaxed. Highly recommended.

I'm a regular at the click and collect 6pm slot, Jenni and Chloe are always cheery and helpful. It's always quick in and out within 5 minutes, just the way grocery shopping should be.

This is a nice large Tesco, by that I mean, not impersonal... large, but not absolutely massive. My only gripe is that there's no actual pharmacy for prescriptions etc, but they've got all the usual off-the-shelf medicines. Good range of clothing and electrics upstairs, and they are very good at all the seasonal products like Mother's Day, Easter and Christmas etc. A very good range of gluten free foods... Probably the best in Bournemouth.

One week before Christmas and the big car park is full and the superstore is very busy. Akthough every I wanted is in stock
