I needed some pads for my tens the size seems only available online , but boots ordered me my items in store to be delivered either in-store or home address no problem super service for people who arnt confident with online shopping thankyou boots looking after all your customers ,very helpful staff 👌

Popped into Boots on the Gapton Hall Retail Park for some No7 skincare yesterday, all of the staff were so kind and helpful assisting me with finding what I needed. The cashier in particular made sure that I received the best discount possible with the items that I had picked up. Always receive great service in this branch and so grateful!

Today I visited store to return a faulty item. I was greeted by Katie who initially dealt with my enquiry. Later, I also needed the store manager and Cheryl helped deal with my enquiry.

They were simply exceptional. They relentlessly pursued every available Avenue to try and resolve my return.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Always have most of the prescriptions in stock and are good about calling in first to see if something is in or where to try if they don't have it.

I visited the Store on the Market Place. I have a nasty corn under my foot which makes it very painful to walk.
The assistant was very helpful and I bought the items that I needed.
Will definitely go there again well worth a visit.
