Smyths Toys Superstores Stockton-on-Tees

We called to smyths portrack lane stockton earlier. We were helped by a lovely woman called Sharon. She went above and beyond for us, so helpful and installed our new car seat. Excellent service!

Staff are always super helpful. Always a great selection of toys available.
You can order items before hand for easy collection. They even open late on the run up to Christmas.

Went to Smyths yesterday to buy a Nintendo switch game for my Granddaughter as well as a couple of other presents, being unable to find the game I asked “Foxy” to assist me. He was very pleasant and helpful as was the male assistant he passed the game onto for me to buy. The shop was really busy and I was surprised at the first class customer service. Well done Smyths !

I visited the Stockton store this week with my daughter and her new born baby. The baby needed feeding a member of staff Matty (Matthew) was very helpful he showed us the baby changing facility and brought a chair to sit on. Excellent customer service Thank you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Honestly one of the best companies I have ever worked for, everyone is friendly and welcomed me into the team. Managers were there whenever I needed something and very understanding about life situations and just great to talk to. Shame it was only a temporary position but would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some experience in a very successful and very busy retail superstore.

I bought a swing and separate baby seat. The young man who helped me was great. He took everything to the car for me too. I have returned since and found the staff pleasant and willing to help. Perhaps I don't go with children! I 'll do that next time.

Went in today due to a faulty controller I got inside my PlayStation bundle and the lady behind the counter was very helpful and resolved the issue straight away

Purchased travel cot for my granddaughter and was helped by a lovely lady staff member called Lindsay, who advised me on bedding, etc, and then offered to carry the cot to my car for me. Very good customer service.

Delivered here yesterday ....
I sat and waited patiently for an hour.
(I was early) , but watching the staff working their buns off in and around this site made me feel very humble that they were making Christmas for all the hundreds of shoppers around the estate.

Best toy store in Teesside it has a good variety of stock. The games selection is decent it works out better when pre ordering games as they usually have a £5 off offer when pre ordering. The staff have been friendly everytime I've been in and extremely helpful.

Smyth's at Portrack Lane Stockton, looking for a scooter for my grandson, never been here before but found it a great place for toys was amazed at the range they stock, staff were brilliant very polite, also stocked a lot of baby products. Will be coming back here for all my grandsons toys.

Great shop ,plenty of choice , very busy on Saturday. We got all our Xmas shopping in one go.

Great prices and service. Prices you wouldn’t expect from a toystore but a it pricey on NINTENDO SWITCH GAMES so lower them a bit and do more deals on gaming as it would increase your sales

Love it massive store huge selection and decent prices as well as a fair amount if parking, my one criticism there is no child parent parking only disabled.

Absolutely awesome store the bloke called Ash at the desk was real helpful will be visiting again, if you stuck on what toys to buy a child just go here and have a walk round you will be spoilt for choice
