Exceptionally friendly staff & always great service with a smile... Even to the point of insisting on looking after my dog whilst I run in quickly. 👏

Bakery in store which does lovely bread and some small cakes and it has some really lovely staff. Car park is large and free for a couple hours too. If you need to park on the lower ground there is a lift for buggies and wheelchair users. It's never too busy either. There is also a meat and fish counter to get fresh stuff. Not the cheapest shop but is always nice quality!

Staff cheerful and helpful despite the busyness of the store. Good wide range of fresh products.

Waitrose prices are high , but so is the quality and they have their essential range which is similar in price to the cheaper supermarkets

Waitrose is second to none, their tea aisle is amazing, helpful staff, good choice of vegan products, I love it that the staff answer the phone and give you helpful information about their products. The only thing I find difficult about the shop is parking. I have a big van, so can't park downstairs and the upstairs is always full, they should have some more reserved spaces for people like me who can't park anywhere else. Thank you.

The range of options is outstanding for a UK supermarket and they look after the supply chain and animal care is important, if you choose to eat them. Great organic options too. You can spend more than other, less attractive shops but go essential range and its comparable. The only supermarket that focusses on quality these days. The rest are racing to simpler, cheaper models.

Found everything I needed. Shelves well stocked and aisles clearly sign posted. I was a limited budget but still got everything on my list.
Although busy, the store appeared clean and tidy. Plenty of staff around assisting customers and restocking goods

But quality and service is the best you will find anywhere. I've brought fruit and veg from seval different supermarkets and waitrose stay fresher for much longer . So giving you less waste and ends up being more cost affective in the long run

Lovely branch. Welcoming. Well stocked. Good car park. Update: 2/2/2022: some items are not on the shelves, for example, the chicken tikka and rice meal with less calories and some types of snacks. Otherwise, all is well and the store is just as pleasant to shop in.

A roller coaster of high end grocery shopping. They have everything, from fruit and veg to ham hock and real ale. The staff are first rate. What ever they are paid, double it! There is a nice park by the river outside so grab some snacks and have a picnic.

The Wimborne branch is really good. Lots of niche products you can't find in the other supermarkets. Lots of reasonably priced products too so everyday shopping is affordable here too. They also monitor the number of customers going in and you may have to queue for a short while if the vegetables section at the front of the store is busy. The staff are very helpful.

PLEASE PUT THE BENCHES BACK!!! A large number of elderly are really struggling without a place to stop mid way through the park especially in the heat. Even if it's only a couple mid way. I will pop into store to try and discuss with someone but if unsuccessful I have a large number of locals willing to sign a petition for their return.

A decent sized Waitrose with its own two storey car park. Good layout with fresh food counters, bakery section and good wine and spirits section. Handy to shop using self checkout system and you can pick up John Lewis orders at the same time. Staff are helpful should you have an issue or can’t find something.

After having had a bad customer service experience at M&S Foodhall in Ferndown, it reminded me to show appreciation of the staff at Wimborne Waitrose. I shop here regularly and find that without exception, the staff have the best attitude. No question is too small and they go out of their way to assist you. They remain cheerful even though I can imagine lots of frustrations abound with low stock levels and ultimately disappointed customers. Your items aren't forcibly pushed along the conveyor belt as you frantically try to pack them as here, the check out ladies work to your pace (take note M&S) plus they supply hand sanitiser and are very covid aware (again, take note M&S). I love my local Waitrose...sad but true !

The staff at the Waitrose Wimborne are incredible. Debbie is outstanding and Steph Ford is an absolute gem, she deserves recognition for her customer service and her attitude. The staff here all go above and beyond, I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. I’ve been shopping here almost daily for 7 years and I’ve never had a bad experience and have been looked after on countless occasions. Way to to go Waitrose.

Very good setup apart from the car park no sign to show the way out. The shop was nice to have a mooch. Lovely fresh food.
