Customer service tonight was absolutely appalling, was waiting at the till and and the blonde eastern European lady as she walked over she was huffing and puffing, she was extremely blunt trying to rush me to put my card in because the contactless wasn't working and at the end she told me to grab my stuff and said Bye in a very rude way baring in mind I didn't react back, just think even if your having a bad day don't take it on your Customers!
