Very cramped has little to no shop but in the end very cheap

can you guys update your open times please 😭 just went to the shop 10 minutes after it opened and the shutters were down and i was in my pikachu onesie and someone gave me a really weird look so the shop being shut was kinda the icing on that cake

Small, overpriced, very poor customer service, everytime I visit - the guy is on the phone, never hang up, it's like the phone is more important than customer approaching the till 🤦‍♂ Certainly won't be shopping there. Second star only due to fact I can collect my delivery there which is convenient, otherwise as a shop one star..

Rubbish store, rubbish customer service, limited and overpriced selection of goods, no minimum standard of service. It is a mystery how they are still in business.

Rude staff. I've brought numerous things from here in the past few weeks and lots have been out of date. By a few months. Chocolate, crisps,milkshakes, biscuits and beers... I'm reporting you to trading Standards and Basingstoke Council... you dirty gits. Ripping people off with out of date goods.
