Don't go anywhere else for dry ingredients, whole foods, cleaning products and more surprises. Local retail business at its best.

Been to the shop in Wimborne twice now in last couple of days. Large amount of items and a beautifully presented shop. ( Much nicer shop than Holland and Barrett).
The staff are incredible : helpful, chatty and knowledgeable.

Spill the Beans is a great shop for anyone looking to reduce their impact on the environment, buy high-quality products or adopt a healthy lifestyle. It has the innovative system of selling loose foodstuffs, such as nuts and grains, which customers can decant into their own containers; thus reducing single-use plastics. There are also many options for those who prefer organic produce or responsibly-sourced goods.

Whenever I visit, I'm impressed by the variety of products that they stock and the staff are always on hand to help me navigate said products to find what I'm looking for. They stock many things which I have never seen in big supermarkets, which is great as I love to cook and discovering new foods inspires me to try out different recipes.

Fantastic shop, wide variety of all products, in all categories. Refills available for a laundry liquids etc. Minimal packaging options, bulk etc - Advice from helpful staff; a very pleasant retail experience !
During C-19, phone in an order and collect the following day, no need to even step into the shop! Brilliant.

Brilliant place! I've been a veggie for over 40 years and have yet to find a better wholefood shop, (even beating Ouroboros in Nottingham when I was a student at the university in the 80's). Great service, great people, great range of products and will order stuff in quickly if not on the shelves. In these days of human abuse of our planet and the scientific belief that a diet with more emphasis on plant based food is a good thing Spill the Beans is good for you, good for animals and good for the planet. Actually this is Dave Allen, Sam's dad. Sam. and her brother, Nick, have been veggies all their lives and have been very fit & healthy; (Nick is currently in training for a half Iron Man competition!)

I'm so lucky to live near this shop... It's so well established and the family and their staff are so friendly, interested in my needs and well Informed in the latest trends in health foods and supplements. They research products from the most reliable and ethical suppliers so I feel safe in their hands when it comes to deciding on something - really important these days when there is so much choice and heavy marketing to cloud your judgement!

Eco friendly health food shop that dispenses herbs, spices, dried fruit & nuts from large jars just like an old fashioned sweet shop. Take your empty kitchen spice jars into the store and they will fill them up for you. You can even top up your empty Ecover fabric softener bottles from their refill station. Nice idea to save packaging or you only want to buy a small amount of a spice or dried herb.

Brilliantly stocked shop with very knowledgeable staff! One of those places you go into with a few bits on your shopping list and leave with a full bag. Lucky to have this so close to me but well worth travelling to from the local area.

Fantastic health food shop, great range of foods, complementary medicines and toiletries, always helpful and pleasant. Still open in lockdown (but you need to phone and order in advance).

just phoned an order in. got all the advice i needed. gave them a complicated problem involving paying by phone, having someone else pick the goods up, and adding something else on to the bill. as far as STB concerned, that's absolutely no problem. flexible and so easy to deal with.
