Toolstation Huntingdon

My first time using toolstation (only place locally that stocked what I needed).
Great experience. Staff very friendly. In particular Andy was very helpful in ensuring that the items I was purchasing were correct and compatible with each other. He happily pulled items from shelves to double check requirements and compatibility. He then found the extras I needed so I could walk out the door with everything I needed to complete the job. Top marks for customer interaction and going that extra small step to be sure the customer was happy.

Ordered the night before and the order was ready for me early next morning, very quick collection took no time at all! Very happy with the service and a great price too.

Due to doing works on our house, I have become a bit of a regular at Toolstation, often popping in two/three times a day because i have forgotten something. I have mainly been served by Victoria, she is cheerful, approachable and friendly. She is clearly very knowledgeable in her job and the rare times items have not been in stock has either ordered it in ready to pick up the next day or directed me to alternative product. I find the prices are very reasonable and hard to beat. The store is well run and has a great atmosphere with a great range of products.

Always an easy experience, lovely helpful staff members. We usually click and collect, and find the process quick and easy. Had trouble with the website today so contacted the store and they checked stock levels and saved the items for me to collect and pay instore - a great help and no wasted journey!

Great service. Ordered some stuff on Saturday for collection today but remembered I needed something else this morning. Ordered it online and it was picked and ready with the original order in the time it took me to travel to the store. Friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks.

Over the weekend I asked for some advice from Simon who couldn’t help me enough. Polite, patient and very informative. On Friday this week I had the privilege of meeting Gaynor and Nicky who were both extremely helpful with another purchase and a special thank you to Nicky who assisted me with the online app thingy !! 😂.
All 3 of you made my visits a non stressful event and I can’t thank you enough. You will see me again

As always first class friendly service.
I have been using the huntingdon store since it opened. I’m a DIY/ up cycle enthusiast and can honestly say I have never had any issues with staff. Staff are very helpful and knowledgable of the products they sell. Also products are very reasonably priced, any faulty goods are exchanged or refunded with no issues. Out of stock products are promptly restocked.

Staff here are friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Bought paint & decorating supplies, then ordered some extra paint for next day collection. Great job, thanks.

Used the click & collect and rocked up just after 7am where I was met, despite the early hour, by a smiling Gaynor.

Despite many dumb questions about other things I needed, Gaynor was knowledgeable, patient, cheerful and helpful (thanks Gaynor) and, while I browsing the in-store brochure, overheard her dealing with subsequent customers in the same manner.

A great experience from first click to exiting the car park.

Brilliant company. Great website. Good prices. Easy to find what you want, order it, pick it up (generally) within a few minutes if you live fairly near the store as we do.

Fast and efficient service, especially from the man outside managing the social distance queue who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I needed to amend my click and collect order. First class customer service.
