Given the chance I could browse around The Works for hours. Quite a large shop with a huge amount of products from books, toys, novelties, games jigsaws and craft ware. All the prices are very reasonable and there are many items in here that you can't find anywhere else in Hailsham. Staff are naturally very helpful and friendly. The shop is clean, well laid out & shelves are always fully stocked. Looking forward to returning often.

A great asset to Hailsham since I last visited the town. I wanted some specific items of stationary so didn't browse for too long. Largish shop, which was nice and tidy, even though they had a sale on. Found everything I needed and found the staff to be very friendly when I went to pay

Friendly and helpful staff. If they don't stock what you want they actually use their brains and recommend where does. Great for Christmas ideas, crafts and books.
