Great place for a delivery.
Bit tight through the barrier but plenty of turning space once in.
Forklift driver very pleasant and helpful.

Used to be a great retailer but have now been taken over by the market trader known as Mike Ashley. Zero customer service if you are unlucky enough to get involved with their online ordering service. Cannot speak to anyone - ring the store and apparently they cannot help you at all because online is a different part of the company they have no contact with. Can only contact their customer service via Twitter (bad luck if you don't use Twitter) and then have no way of knowing if you'll ever get an answer. Cannot call their headoffice - you get an automated message at 11am on a Monday telling you they are closed and to ring back in office hours. Absolutely abysmal.

Update: finally someone got in touch and sorted it. There are obviously some good people left at Game. Guys - please sort out a decent call centre based customer service process or allow your stores to access info about online orders.
