A fantastic branch of The Works. The team is always so welcoming and friendly and the manager is amazing. She always has time to chat and it's rare I leave without buying something.

The store recently won best in area and it was so well deserved. They do a lot for local charities and the community as well. I wish all shops were like this!

I have purchased both in store and click and collect. Each occasion my expectation is met with awesome efficiency and when you go into the Swaffham branch, wonderful customer service with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable assistance.
I shall continue to support my high street store.

The Store was very Bright and full of lots of books and Gift ideas.

The staff was very helpful and had a good knowledge of the stock.

Also worth checking out regularly as the products on sale change all the time.

Such a great store, packed full of brilliant stuff and a excellent range of books. Very helpful staff and the product displays are punchy & eye catching...always end up buying more than I intended to!!
