Asda Plymouth Supercentre

I recently had a fantastic shopping experience at ASDA Supermarket and wanted to share my positive feedback. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made my trip even more enjoyable. ASDA's wide selection of products and competitive prices were impressive, and I appreciate the convenient online shopping options they offer. Overall, ASDA Supermarket provides a great shopping experience with excellent customer service and value for money. Highly recommended!

Easy parking lots of service tills and great selections. George clothing and clean public toilets.

There is a great choice here, at very reasonable prices. The kitchen and homeware items can be of really good design too.

Asda itself was OK. While there l got a Warren's pasty feeling a bit peckish, looked, was hot, but it tasted of nothing, l could not taste the swede, the meat, or the other veg in it. All l could taste was the vast amount of pepper they used.
Very disappointing.

Its a large supermarket with a department for all your needs. Conveniently located with a bus stop just outside, onsite parking ( wheel chair accessible and child friendly parking ) helpful staff, self check out available as well as cashier's. It however isn't the most affordable when compared to some other places with similar products

Excellent customer service throughout from both store and delivery team. Affordable prices with Aldi and Lidl price match. Be back soon for delivery service and in-store shopping experience. Been visiting this store since 2008.

Good as always apart from people parking in the Click & Collect spaces that should not be there. People with blue badges are meant to park in disabled bays which are marked. The 4 Click & Collect spaces have no markings but huge signs on walls & notice boards next to spaces stating "Click & Collect" yet blue badge holders still parking there. Please read the signs as to where you can park as there is dedicated "Blue Badge Disabled Bays" there is "Mother & Toddler Bays"...there is 4 "Click & Collect Bays" for customers who order online but most of the time Blue Badge Holders are parked in them which causes problems for Customers who are collecting their online orders. Please read signs, be respectful & mindful of other customers. I'm sure if it was the other way round & anybody without Blue Badges parked in a Disabled Bay...Blue Badge Holders would be complaining within seconds to Staff !

A large store which has loads of choice and is well laid out making it easy to find what you are looking for. Everything was in stock and the store was tidy despite being very busy when we visited. There's lot's of disabled parking spots which are very close to the store entrance.

A large store 24 hours a day where you can find everything from food, clothing, and hygiene items to everything you need. Finally, you can find fruits and vegetables at lower prices that have been eaten very well.

I like using asda's scan and go as you can scan all of my shopping and pack it into my shopping bags pay for it and load the shopping into my car and leave without having to queue up at the till which is so much more convenient.

I have in the past given a bad rating, but since the Coronavirus I have also said how good the store and staff have improved.
But now I have to say the staff are absolutely excellent, if there is a problem they will help you and from entering the store to leaving the store is clean and tidy and the staff are wonderful, even the management are seen working hard to keep everyone happy 😊.
I can't fault it any more.
To all the staff you are doing a fantastic job, just keep up the good work.

Great prices given current circumstances in the country.
Staff are superhelpful but not very knowledgeable on products
Plenty of parking and cheepest fuel in the region.

Best supermarket in the city. Good pricing. If packet goods I buy plenty up when on offer and the offer prices are very on/off. If you go late in the day some items out of stock. I avoid weekends as some people treat it like a family day out and have their kids running everywhere out of control. Pizza counter great, sometimes a queue. Mix of serviced and self-service checkouts. Petrol price best in area.

Very Good Price. Lots of Selection of clothes, food, drinks Home and more. Went there staff very kind. I returned a broken TV that was broken out of the box, they gave me my money back plus how much the TV cost. The TV cost 280 so the gave me 280 and another 280 gift card.

Good selection and prices, easy to park in lower carpark! I visit every Friday, predominantly to create our own pizza which the family love, and always leave with at least 3 bags of shopping as I can't resist some of the great offers and promotions!

Huge thank you to husband & wife team Mark & Wendy at the store. They both went above and beyond to help a vulnerable customer during this crisis. Can't praise them and the store enough. First rate!

Lovely gentleman went out of his way to find me my Sandwich of choice he went out the back to find it for me. This chap is a credit to your company it's these little things that make a big difference. I shopped there 14 November at 8am.
