Fleet Scoop - zero waste/ refill shop

First time visiting yesterday- lady working was very helpful & informative. The selection avalable is vast. Dried fruits, sweets, legumes, pasta, oils, jams, honey. Dishwasher tablets, laundry soaps, body wash, even refillable makeup! Great selection of wooden Lanka Kade toys .

Love having Scoop in our town. Such a brilliant place for all things eco-friendly, practically a community hub and run by lovely people.

I'm a regular customer since Scoop has been opened. It's been love at a first sight 😍 Growing selection of deeply researched products; knowledgeable, kind and supportive staff; great location; fantastic community oriented place! in fact I love it so much that now I'm a part of the team ❤❤❤

When I started trying to live plastic free, finding Fleet Scoop just as it opened its doors was a revelation. To anyone looking to reduce the amount of single use plastic in their lives then this is a the shop for you. The new shop with expanded range in Fleet high street is great and I'm encouraged by how many new zero waste shoppers are finding the shop. Kate and Rhiannon are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm slightly concerned about my own level of excitement that the addition of the new peanut butter machine gives me for a grown 'supposed' adult person! Take your kids in...it's cheaper than a theme park and they'll have just as much fun!

We’re so lucky to have this shop in Fleet. I’m able to restock on store cupboard items from rice to pasta to oats, nuts and spices. I refill my washing up liquid and am slowly replacing other housekeeping items with sustainable alternatives. I know the Scoop team has researched the products to ensure they are sustainable and ethical, and they offer them at a fair price. With so many things to choose from, it’s a no brainier!

This excellent shop is a fantastic addtion to Fleet's High Street. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the shop sells a surprisingly wide range of pulses, seeds, nuts, cereals, chocolate etc. alongside household prducts and gifts. Don't wory if you have not used a zero waste shop before - it is all very straightforward!

THIS SHOP IS AMAZING. My partner and I love it and have been going since we discovered it to help reduce our plastic use. They sell nuts, herbs, pasta, rice, cereal and loads of non plastic packaged eco friendly items. The staff are always super friendly, chill, and chatty. It's actually a pleasure to shop here. Not something you can say often in this day and age. One suggestion is we would love to see more vegan stuff - particularly chocolate items!

We love Scoop, we go every week as a family to teach our girls about zero waste. All the staff are wonderful and helpful and all take the time to chat to my girls and ask how they are doing. If you have never been to Scoop before go you won't regret it.

I've been using Fleet Scoop for some time now and the service has always been excellent. There is a wide range of products (both refills and options for reducing or eliminating waste) that are offered at competitive prices. Kate and team have arrived to give something to the community beyond "just a refill shop" and nothing have shown this more than their continuing to offer new products and support to the community.

The scoop team are constantly adding to their product line, continuing to offer a wide variety of products and supporting local suppliers. They've also recently started stocking local beers and gin. Always worth a visit!

Just want to say what an amazing shop.....I am embarrassed to say that I haven't been in since u have moved to the new premises...popped in today and bought some bits.....amazed at your range.....don't think I will ever come up to Fleet Town again without some empty containers in my bag 😍. Amazing zero waste shop. Not all products are vegan but all are clearly labelled with ingredients and staff are always happy to help. They have a HUGE selection of refillable herbs and spices - just wish they stocked vital wheat gluten and then it would be perfect!

Always a friendly welcome and great service. I started off by getting my gluten free porridge oats here and now have switched my hair shampoo and conditioner to FIN as I could buy a small amount to see if it suited my hair before taking a bigger bottle in. Also love my washing up brushes that mean no more sponges! Loads more great products that I will try when I need to restock. Thanks Kate and your team

A superb idea, take along your existing containers and buy products loose, by weight. Laundry liquid, shampoo, shower gel all very good and competitive prices. The Shaving bars are a revelation, they go on forever, so while initially more expensive, I would have got through 8 times as much (£) foam in the same time. Also pasta, spices, pulses and rice. Friendly staff and nicely laid out

Myself and my wife's go to shop for zero waste products.
Amazing and top quality range of store cupboard staples, as well as locally sourced and handcrafted goods.
All of which are sold at a competitive price.
Kate is a vault of knowledge with regards to everything zero waste.
If something you are after is not available in the shop, Kate will do her best to source it for you.

Great concept and well executed with very friendly, helpful and approachable staff. I’m enjoying the thrill each week of finishing up something new at home and instead of re-buying in a single use plastic container from my usual supermarket, off I go to Scoop with the empty container and refill it. Usually at a very competitive price. No need to buy in huge bulk from Amazon anymore.

Clean and modern, well lit. With polite staff who care about the environment. The range of goods for sale is relatively modest, but it"s an encouraging start, and may increase in future, should it move to larger premises. A visit will make you feel good about yourself if you care about the environment.

My family and I have been trying hard to reduce our environmental footprint for several years and Scoop has been a significant part of that for us. We mainly use their refill option for oils and vinegar but will also buy other products here. Sadly we don't make use of their dry food refills due to a nut allergy but I encourage anyone wandering Fleet to pop in and have a look through the treasure trove of goods on offer!

It's so refreshing to go into a Zero waste store that is actually reasonably priced and closer to supermarket prices. I'm sure this is a real set-back for people who don't want to choose this option. You'll love this store - Lots of space, different options and so many zero-waste products to choose from. Go and support this local business!

Fabulous zero waste shop, the products are fantastic and the staff are all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend highly enough; pop in and see what’s available and the many ways you could start your journey to reducing your plastic reliance.
