Mcolls is a good shop and is very convenient. The prices of some products are a little silly but the shop is okay, it’s organised and the staff are nice

Tendency to display items with expired dates. Refused to exchange box of chocs without receipt. They tasted off, were over a month out when I bought them and there were more on the shelf the same. He quoted "trading standards"to me but clearly has never ever set eyes on them - I have now and a) it's an offence to sell anything with an expired date, b) the customer has no legal obligation to produce a receipt. He loses in the end, I won't use this shop (if I can help it) and maybe nor will others that read this. You see, if the customer is valued it a win win - focus on the long term rather than just on your short term loss.

If i could leave 0 stars this would be more appropriate. Kelly Stock is by far the rudest, obnoxious person I have ever come across in a customer facing role. I went to post a parcel today where she advised me that the post office was closed until 2pm as she was busy working alone whilst rolling a cigarette!
I have tolerated her continuous rudeness for many months and today Confronted her regarding this. She replied 'I am polite to you, I just don't like you and choose not to talk to you' How dare a member of your staff talk to me like that. The other staff on the other hand are very nice. ' Morrisons please respond as I want to make a formal complaint regarding this disgraceful individual'

Evri and post services are always not working, been disappointed 3 times in a row over multiple months.

My experiences here have been a traumatizing experience, Kelly Stock has been the vilest, most pugilistic person i have ever met in my 34 years on this planet. Kelly, or should i say, "SMELLY", has had a deleterious effect on our humble community.

The first time i entered she spat in my face when i told her about a spillt jar of mayonaise near the till. On the same week, she BARGED 4 year old child, who has cerebral palsy.

This store is a hellish stain on society, more pernicious than the Rothschilds effect on our economy. All thanks to Kelly.

Poor attitude from the manager Kelly stock shouldn’t be out on the shop floor and she implied should someone trip over to get their eyes checked very unprofessional. Maybe I will come in and trip over and put in an nice big claim. You won’t be laughing then will you.

I use to work here but the so called manager Fran Thompson got me sacked. She is the rudest person to be served by as she feels she is too good too actually do a job and serve politely and with manners and a smile wouldn't go a miss but she has since barred me from her shop lol not missing out

Not even 1 star. Used the post office yesterday around 1pm and the relief manager David was so rude. He shouted at me and was very abrupt. Would not recommend to anyone!

I popped in here today on my way home from church for a bottle of fanta which I decided was over priced so didn't get on existing the shop the lady behind the till started shouting at me and my friend accusing us of shop lifting and insisting on searching our bag. Would not recommended this shop.

Worst customer service ever old red haird lady said if don't like waiting to be served leave only one on till she was working post office if a kid Had been rude to this old women she would have moand never again in that store

I had a parcel dropped here and have been told that it's deffo not there but according to parcel force it is staff are just rude would certainly not recommend

6:30 and people not reale intrested to serv - 3 of staff members. Disappointed.
