Visited the store not too long ago, excellent service from Manaseh. Such a bubbly and cheerful young lady. Was very impressed at her dedication to help me. Her fellow colleague Hamzah was very friendly and helpful too. Would recommend both of them for their great service. Wishing them the best in the future.

I was served by Ashley Johnson. What an amazing guy. He spent such a long time with me. Sorted out my sim, transfer and helped me set up the app. Thank you so much. I would give a higher rating if I could. Fully recommend 👌

I always go to this store because Georgia makes everything so easy for is & always tells us the offers they have on. Today we bought the i phone 15 & with her recommendation the apple watch too! Georgia always goes the extra mile with her service & nothing is too much trouble

Came into O2 because I need to upgrade my phone, Mahek was amazing right from the moment she saw us. She explained everything in detail and took her time to show me the best deal. Will be returning when my broadband finishes because Mahek’s service was incredible.

Hamza R. was fantastic! My phone broke and so I came into the store and told him I needed to get back to work ASAP. He went through the whole upgrade process, he worked out the best package and phone for me and had me set up with it in under 5 minutes whilst being friendly and professional! Thank you very much Hamza you’re a legend.

Very pleased with the customer service more specifically talha he was wonderful and ready to help with my information to be transferred from my old phone to my new thank you talha!!

A gentleman called Ashley (not sure of spelling) helped my mum who has learning disabilities and sadly had her phone stolen the week before. His patience and kindness was so appreciated and he really went above and beyond, even though he must have spent hours with my mum, getting her re-set up with a SIM card and explaining things to her. Sadly she had a bad experience with a female member of staff the day before who was disinterested in helping her, but Ashley is a shining example of great customer service. Top guy!

Went to store couple days ago to find out about the new iPhone was greeted by a young man called Talha he was very helpful and courteous, he broke down the prices for me in an easy way to understand what would be best for me. Thanks Talha

I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. Although one can book an appointment with a " guru " I have been able to pop in to sort minor problems. In most cases I was the problem but they did make me feel like a fool

Had a fantastic experience in this store with the 2 members of staff who served me both were very friendly and helped and guided me through the process of upgrading my samsung phone. I would certainly have no problems with returning to the store if i need further help great service.

Perfect shopping trip to O2. Amey was brilliant at setting up my new phone. She managed to clone all of my existing apps . Phone numbers etc onto my new phone a very knowledgeable person when it comes to sorting out the finer details which no way would o have been able to do. Also thanks to John also very knowledgeable with his advice on what new phone to buy. Thank you both. Xx

Ali the store manager was very helpful upon the first visit, he listened to me moaning about my iPhone 7 I got from another company, he managed to sort me out a deal on a new phone on an upgrade, we came in today to go through with it and he already let the assistant manager know (John) who was also very helpful and honoured the deal, I went in a upset customer (not with them) and came out a very happy one. Great team of people will defiantly go to them again.
