Next at home opened on its new site just west of Marsh Mills retail park. Now on two floors including Costa Coffee, Paperchase and Virgin Holidays. We visited in December and found the covid controls to be excellent, limiting customers going in, clear social distancing controls and signage and hand sanitiser stations everywhere.

Nice big store on the outskirts of Plymouth (just off Marsh Mills roundabout), with plenty of parking and concessions within the store.
There is a large range of furniture so you can try before you order, they also have lots of clothing, a bath/body section, a Costa and Virgin travel.
It's great if you don't want to make your way into the city centre (which can be hideous depending on the traffic).

'Next Home' in Marsh Mills Plymouth is a smart stylish and spacious store with helpful and polite staff.
This store is soon to be closing as it is moving into the brand new and massive 'Next Retail' store nearby and currently nearing completion. We were there in January 2019 so the move may well have happened already.
The new store will carry an extensive range, a coffee shop and a small number of concessions. Exciting times!

A HUGE thankyou to Emily for her super kindness, excellent customer service, and, of course, her knowledge of the job. We came looking for Sofas today and also a dining table. Emily and her colleague , (who was very new and still learning) , helped us in choosing the right furniture.
We would like to say that Emily really made a difference in our decision today and helped us massively.
This young lady is an asset to the team and really deserves all the best.
It's because of staff like this that makes customers very happy.

I was served by a girl called Daisy on the first floor. She looked on line for me, checked the stockroom. I bought two lovely light shades. Then she helped me find a bargain two quilt covers. It was so nice to be served by someone who knows her stock.

I went into next yesterday the 15th july to return a item. after that i was looking for a pair of comfy trousers to travel in but couldn't find any, but the lovely sales assistant Deb H instantly knew what i was looking for and helped me, all i can say is what a gem of a lady old fashioned service that no longer exists which was amazing as i miss people like that.

Next always offers a good variety and quality of products. Clothes prices are very reasonable and delivery is always pretty quick. Love shopping there for both women and men pieces as well as home stuff.

I could easily spend a fortune here. Every department and aisle i walk down, there's always something I see that I like. There is a great choice of reed diffusers and candles too. Good quality products and friendly staff.

Wonderful spacious store, I would much rather go to this Next store than attempt to go into city centre.
Tried the Costa coffee shop and what a pleasant clean and comfortable place to relax. Whoever the cleaners are in this store should be complimented as this whole place is spotlessly clean. I would thoroughly recommend this store.

We recently ordered a bed and mattress a nest of tables a coffee table trunk and a sideboard all apart from the latter came on the same day and the packaging is incredible. The sideboard turned up today and there is a slight scratch on the top. Spoke to Next who offered to change it without question but I said I was quite happy for a furniture professional to see if they could polish it out which they have arranged. More than impressed with their customer services. Perhaps more companies could follow suit although perhaps Next should keep their excellent customer services to themselves!! Will definitely buying from you again.

I could spend forever in here, infact my living room now looks like a showroom. Ever so friendly staff and easy to use in-store pickup for online orders works without a hitch.

Jules went out to the stock room to find all I asked for and was very kind, professional, sincere and happy to help

Exceptional customer service sorting out a faulty electrical product for us. After some bad customer service elsewhere through the pandemic, this was a breath of fresh air.

Easily accessible . Everything you need for your home under one roof. Very helpful staff.. Does not sell clothes hence being the home store but can order and collect from there for free..

Why would you ever visit the city centre Next when you can shop in this massive, out of town Next superstore. Great to see alot of the new Autumn styles coming in.

Everything is easy with Next most of the staff go above and beyond to help no jobs worth attitudes which is great shopping in store or online is good and returns are so easy
