They sell multipacks of cruzcampo which until recently could only be purchased in Spain. I love this shop and while they continue to stock the world's greatest beer I will continue to hand over my money in exchange.

Very helpful when I left my shopping there by accident, drinks are really cold which is nice and the staff have always been friendly to me

False advertisement putting the large smirnoff ice raspberry bottles where the 1.50 sign is to make people think there 1.50 then not saying how much and people paying it thinking it was bit nope get the receipt to say 16 pounds for 5 or something

Staff very rude and talks about you behind your back and will follow you around the shop. I guess these other reviews (5* reviews) are fake accounts made by the people working there probably to make themselves look and feel better. (Sad)

Nasty staff here. I purchased a rubicon mango drink and a couple other drinks. A bloke was on the phone filling up the drinks fridge, wouldn't move so we could get to the drinks where he was and clearly didn't want to be disturbed on his personal call.

Finally got the drinks we wanted, got outside to find one was very off! Mango that tasted and smelled of fish very strongly. Looked on the bottle for an expiry date couldn't find one at all. Then noticed little bits in the drink floating that shouldnt be there. 🤮

We were just outside by the door so went straight back in and asked for a refund and pointed out the issues and said no expiry date too! I was rudely told by the bloke on the phone to not tell him how to sell things etc with an attitude. All due to me telling him he can't sell items like this.

It got very heated indeed then I noticed when he was filling the drinks up he wasn't stock rotating! He was pushing the old stock to the back.

So when you shop here be careful and check your items before leaving or better still just don't shop here, shop somewhere that knows how to at very least be polite.

Wont ever buy form them again thats for sure! Yuk! 🤮

I’ve tried to give this place multiple chances, but the staff are consistently ignorant and careless whilst at work. Not a single one of the staff here actually care about customer service and the quality of the shop, and it is disappointing.

When trying to purchase an item I was asked for ID, but I had came in previously and brought a similar item and was not asked for ID so I thought I wouldn't need it. After asking me for ID i replied no he then said " I asked you for ID and you said no" he then threw my money back at me. Absolute a hole.

Don't go to this shop to pay bills because the machine is always broken which is not good for disabled people so if they can't be bothered to fix it I can't be bothered to go in there shop never going in again I am surprised they have not closed down yet
